But the plans have changed...and now they are going with TWO of the 9" WarP motors and using the front Motor Compartment for a GENERATOR, to use as a Range Extender.
A 1K ZILLA...and some 48 of the 180ah CALB Batteries... !!

Lets make SURE they are aligned perfectly, Using the Key Way to make sure they are Parallel. YEP they are... sooooooo on to the next step.
NOW.... lets make SURE these two are perfectly aligned
One on the bottom, one on top... with ONE BATTERY to turn the motors.. to make sure these are perfectly aligned. You can "HEAR" the perfect pitch sound when they are.. Just tap a little lightly on the adapter plate until you hear that perfect sound. ! DONE...
Next... getting this IN the vehicle for the first fit... ( yes.. there are more than one.. this will come out a few times)...
NEXT !!! Make two plates to extend from the frame rails to the motor mounts. These are for the back where the spline shaft goes to the drive shaft.

A good friend of ours asked us to put his S10 up for SALE on our PRE-Owned EV page . . . and he sold it... The NEW OWNER asked us to UPGRADE it with NEW GOLF CART BATTERIES and DELIVER it to him in New Jersey !!!
Take out the OLD BATTERIES
Fabricate NEW BATTERY RACKS to accommodate the NEW GOLF CART BATTERIES.
Fabricate a T I L T bed for the NEW Customer... Easy Access to the .New Batteries
Oh oh discovered a ........... BAD PLUG..
No Problem...... We can just make a NEW PLUG ! Run to Home Depot, gather a few supplies... and...
Well........................SINCE we HAVE to Deliver it to PA...... Might as well go SEE the OLD HOME TOWN !!! close by in Princeton, NJ ...Princeton never changes !!

Shack's 2008 Ford Ranger EV. Time to upgrade and put in some new 100ah Lithiums, a BMS and get this baby back home !
This 2008 Ford Ranger has the MIGHT ZILLA ( a 1K Zilla) and the Net Gain WARP 9" Motor, along with 48 of the 100ah cells for a good range in this Electric Vehicle.
Installing the Lithium Cells, the Bus Bars and the Mini BMS.
